If you need a copy of a voucher to start booking your experience, please check your order confirmation as we include a downloadable eVoucher link in every order confirmation email we send out, unless you chose to send the e-voucher directly to the recipient. If you can't find this email, please check your junk or spam folders in case this landed there!
If you are waiting for a physical voucher to arrive through the post, please note that our delivery times are:
- 3-5 Working Days from date of order for anything placed using our Standard Delivery option
- Tracked Delivery for any orders placed on our Next Day service, providing the order was placed before 9pm Monday - Friday. Please note that we use Royal Mail Tracked24 to deliver these orders who don't deliver on Sundays in some areas.
If the above timeframes have already passed, please contact us with the order reference, full name and address of the purchaser of the voucher, and we can organise a replacement.
