If you purchased your Experience box from a retail store, it should have been activated at the till point. If this hasn't been done, it means that you cannot yet use your voucher.
Fortunately, we are able to activate Experience box on our system, however we will require proof of purchase to do so - This is to avoid vouchers being used fraudulently.
What to do?
Please get in touch with us and include the voucher reference, attaching any proof of purchase you have. This can be a photo of the gift receipt or a screen shot of the transaction on your bank statement.
If you are the recipient, we recommend for you to advise the purchaser to contact us themselves, with the relevant information in order to get your Experience box activated.
If your Experience box wasn't purchased in store, please get in touch providing the voucher reference and details of when and where it was purchased.
