If you purchased your Smartbox from a retail store, it should have been activated at the till point. If this hasn't been done, it means that you cannot yet use your voucher.
Fortunately, we are able to activate Smartboxes on our system, however we will require proof of purchase to do so - This is to avoid vouchers being used fraudulently.
What to do?
Please send an email to Customerservice@buyagift.com with the voucher reference, attaching any proof of purchase you have. This can be a photo of the gift receipt or a screen shot of the transaction on your bank statement.
If you are the recipient, we recommend for you to advise the purchaser to contact us themselves, with the relevant information in order to get your Smartbox activated.
If your Smartbox was't purchased in store, please contact us here providing the voucher reference and details of when and where it was purchased.
