If your complaint relates to the quality of one of our experiences, the easiest way to resolve any problems that you may experience is to speak to the partner on the day and they will do their best to ensure that any issues are rectified.
If you are still not satisfied, please contact us here with details of your complaint (including your voucher reference number, date of your experience, and full account of the nature of your complaint) and we will liaise with the partner on your behalf to find a satisfactory outcome. If you incur any additional costs on an experience that you were not happy with, please do keep proof of all these so we can address the matter retrospectively.
