Don’t worry if you’ve misplaced your Smartbox, there are a few things we can do to help!
- If your Smartbox was purchased directly from the Buyagift website, please contact us herewith details of the purchaser (name and email address) and confirm the approximate date the order was made and we’ll be able to help.
- If your Smartbox was purchased from a third party website or retail store and you’ve already activated it by logging into our website, please get in touch with us herewith the email address and postcode used to activate the voucher and we’ll be able to assist further.
- If your voucher was purchased from a third party company and has not been activated, we won’t have a record of this on our system, therefore we recommend that you speak to the retailer it was purchased from for further assistance.
