All of our hotel bookings are non-cancellable and we advise of this in the terms and conditions that have to be agreed to upon completing your hotel booking, due to this we are unable to cancel.
For date changes, fill out the form 'I want to amend the date of my hotel stay' here. Please note that some bookings cannot be changed after they are made, and this will be indicated in the specific hotel's cancellation policy.
If permitted, you may change your prepaid booking, but you will be charged the applicable fee as outlined in the hotel's policy. Allow 72 hours for a response from our booking partners. Changes cannot be made on the day of your stay.
