If you haven’t received your voucher yet, here’s how to resolve the issue:
For E-Vouchers
- Check Your Confirmation Email: A downloadable e-voucher link is included in your order confirmation email unless you chose to send it directly to the recipient.
- Check Spam or Junk Folders: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, it may have been redirected to your spam or junk folder.
- Allow Time: During busy periods, emails can take up to 4 hours to arrive.
For Physical Vouchers
- Delivery Times: Physical vouchers take 3-5 working days to arrive when using Standard Delivery.
- If Overdue: If the delivery timeframe has passed, contact us with the following details:
- Order Reference Number
- Full Name and Address of the purchaser
