Look for your Order Confirmation email. We include a eVoucher in every order confirmation unless you chose to send the eVoucher directly to the recipient. You can download a copy from this email.
If you don't have the confirmation email, contact us with the full name and email address of the person who purchased the voucher. We can arrange for a free replacement voucher to be emailed to you for printing.
If you prefer, we can also send you a new voucher by post. Please note, we can only locate voucher details if it was purchased from our website and you provide the original purchaser's information or if you are listed as the original recipient.
