Don’t worry if you’ve misplaced your Experience box, there are a few things we can do to help!
- If your Experience box was purchased directly from the Buyagift website, please get in touch with details of the purchaser (name and email address) and confirm the approximate date the order was made and we’ll be able to help.
- If your Experience box was purchased from a third party website or retail store and you’ve already activated it by logging into our website, please get in touch with us with the email address and postcode used to activate the voucher and we’ll be able to assist further.
- If your voucher was purchased from a third party company and has not been activated, we won’t have a record of this on our system, therefore we recommend that you speak to the retailer it was purchased from for further assistance.
