You can browse our huge range of exciting experiences or use the search bar at the top of the page by typing in a keyword or product code. Please note that not every product is available to choose from when selecting a new experience.
Alternatively, click through the category options until an experience catches your eye. Please note this can only be done before a booking has been made with your voucher.
If you choose an experience that is a little pricier, you will be able to make a payment to cover the difference. If your chosen experience costs less than that set out in your original voucher, the price difference will be issued to you as credit to be used against future purchases up until the end of the validity period of your original voucher. This credit voucher will carry the same expiry date as your original voucher, is non-refundable, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be used towards an administration fee.
Make sure to redeem your vouchers within their validity period to avoid missing out. If you need a little more time, you can extend your voucher up to two times for 12 months at a time provided you contact us within the original validity period or the renewal period. An administration fee of £20 (inclusive of VAT) applies to each extension.
