When you choose a new experience from a previous voucher, you will receive new voucher details which you then need to use to book. These voucher details should be sent to you in a new order confirmation email. The title of the new experience is included on each voucher so check this to ensure you're logging in to the correct one.
Please note that if you have recently logged in to a previous voucher, you will need to ensure you have logged out completely of the old one before logging in again to the new one. Once you've logged in with the new details, you will see the details and next steps for how to book your chosen experience.
