Our multi-choice vouchers allow you to select any experience we offer up to the value of your voucher.
To get started, log in using your voucher details. From there, select “Browse Available Experiences” and click on “Select a New Experience” to explore our wide range of options. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to find something specific or browse through the categories to discover an experience that suits you.
Experiences within your voucher value will be marked as “Included in Voucher.” If you choose an experience that costs more, you can simply pay the difference, with all upgrade costs clearly displayed. If your chosen experience costs less than your voucher value, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit voucher. This credit can be used on future purchases up until the original voucher’s expiry date. Please note, this credit is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used towards administration fees.
Once you’ve made your selection and completed the transfer, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your chosen experience. Your voucher’s unique serial number will remain the same.
You can change your selected experience up to three times, provided you haven’t already made a booking.
After selecting a new experience, please log out of the voucher portal and log back in to ensure your updated details are displayed.
