Some bookings may be non-changeable or may require an additional fee. The ability to amend your booking depends on the partner's policy, availability.
How to Request an Amendment:
If you have already booked your experience, you must contact the partner directly to request an amendment.
Partner contact details are provided at the time of booking, If you no longer have the partner's contact details, you can retrieve them by logging into your voucher using your voucher reference here
When contacting the partner please provide:
Your booking reference or voucher code
Your current booking details (date, time, and location)
Your preferred new date or any changes needed
The partner will confirm whether changes are possible and inform you of any fees or restrictions.
If an amendment is approved, they will update your booking accordingly.
Important Notes:
Allow up to 72 hours for partners to respond to amendment requests.
Some amendments may incur additional charges, and certain bookings may be non-changeable.
Changes are subject to availability, so we recommend requesting amendments as early as possible.
