All of our experiences must be booked and taken by the expiry date that is printed on your voucher.
When you go to enjoy your experience, the partner will take your voucher from you, if the voucher has expired they may be unable to accept it and you might not be able to take your experience.
If you need to extend your voucher simply visit our extension site to extend your voucher, you will need your voucher reference and pin code. There is a charge of £20 to extend your voucher.
Once you’ve extended your voucher, we’ll send you an email with an e-voucher confirming your new expiry date.
Your voucher may be non-extendable if it was purchased as one of our fantastic special offers or if we no longer offer the same experience. If your voucher cannot be extended you will be advised to contact us directly to discuss your options.
