Once a voucher has been redeemed and your booking is secured, cancellations must follow the guidelines set by the driving experience provider. Each partner has its own policy regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds, so any amendments will be subject to their terms.
If your booking was made through our online booking portal and you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to assist with any amendments in line with the provider’s policy. While changes cannot be guaranteed, we will work with the partner to explore any available options.
