Cancellation availability depends on the terms and conditions set by the experience partner. Some reservations may allow cancellations and rebooking, while others may have restrictions in place. Policies vary, so we recommend reviewing your booking details.
If You Generated a Booking Code but Haven’t Used It Yet
If you’ve generated a booking code but no longer wish to use it, we may be able to cancel it and return your voucher for future use. We will need to check with the experience partner to confirm whether cancellation is possible.
To request this, please contact our team via the Help widget. Once we receive confirmation from the partner, we will update you on the next steps. If the cancellation is approved, we will remove the code and return the voucher to you. Please note that some partners may have restrictions on cancellations.
If You Booked Directly with the Restaurant
If you made your reservation directly with the restaurant, you will need to contact them to cancel. Most restaurants will do their best to accommodate cancellations, but their policies may vary.
