If the experience is available at multiple locations, check for availability at another venue.
Plan and book as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and weekends.
Keep an eye on availability, as new slots may be released or cancellations may open up.

If availability remains an issue, do not book travel or accommodation until your experience is confirmed. If you're unable to secure a date, contact our Customer Service team, we may be able to help by, checking with the provider for future availability. Extending your voucher (fees may apply).
