Hotel bookings are non-cancellable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to during booking. However, here’s what you can do if you need to make changes:
Fill out the form titled ‘I want to amend the date of my hotel stay’ here.
Some bookings cannot be changed after confirmation. The hotel's specific cancellation policy will indicate if changes are allowed. If changes are permitted, a fee may apply based on the hotel’s policy.
Allow up to 72 hours for our booking partners to process your request.
Changes cannot be made on the day of your stay.
