Hotel bookings are generally non-cancellable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. Once a voucher is redeemed and the booking is confirmed, the reservation is considered final. However, if you need to make changes, you can complete the form titled ‘‘I want to amend my hotel stay’ here. Amendments cannot be made on the day of your stay.
Some bookings are non-amendable after confirmation, depending on the hotel’s specific cancellation policy. If changes are permitted, they may be subject to additional fees set by the hotel. If your booking was made through our online booking portal, we can contact the hotel on your behalf to request an amendment or cancellation, but we cannot guarantee changes will be accepted, as they remain subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions.
If your booking was arranged directly with the hotel via phone or email, you will need to contact the property directly to request any changes. Their contact details can be found in your booking confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, we have already paid the property in full, and any amendments or cancellations must comply with their policies. While bookings are considered final, we are committed to supporting our customers and will work closely with you and our experience partners to resolve any issues and ensure the best possible outcome wherever feasible.
